 The
rental rates for a 12-hour period depend on the room(s) you select
for your group. The fee includes a staff person to assist you during your event, set up and take down of tables and chairs,
and use of the audio visual equipment and the sound system.
In addition, our staff will clean up the facility following your
event. We can also provide a data telephone line, copying, fax,
mail, and office services for a nominal charge. Staff can also
be made available to provide additional assistance during events at
an extra charge.
Rental prices are effective through September 1, 2007. For Profit Groups will
receive the Non Profit rate Monday through Thursday.

are approximate as every setup depends on your special requests.
